ಶೀರೂರು ಮೂಲ ಮಠದ ಶ್ರೀ ಮುಖ್ಯಪ್ರಾಣ ದೇವರ ಸನ್ನಿಧಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಶ್ರೀರಾಮ ನವಮೀ ಉತ್ಸವವು ಸೋದೆ ವಾದಿರಾಜ ಮಠಾಧೀಶ ಶ್ರೀವಿಶ್ವವಲ್ಲಭ ತೀರ್ಥ ಶ್ರೀಪಾದರ ಉಪಸ್ಥಿತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ವೈಭವದಿಂದ ನಡೆಯಿತು. ಈ ಸಂದರ್ಭದಲ್ಲಿ ಭಾವಿಸಮೀರ ಶ್ರೀ ವಾದಿರಾಜರು ವಾಲಿಯ ಭಂಡಾರದಿಂದ ತಂದ ಶ್ರೀರಾಮ ದೇವರಿಗೆ ಹಾಗೂ ಶೀರೂರಿನ ಶ್ರೀಮುಖ್ಯಪ್ರಾಣ ದೇವರಿಗೆ ಪಂಚಾಮೃತ ಅಭಿಷೇಕ ಸಹಿತ ವಿಶೇಷ ಪೂಜೆ ನಡೆಸಲಾಯಿತು. ರಾತ್ರಿ ನಡೆದ ವೈಭವದ ರಥೋತ್ಸವಕ್ಕೆ ಅನೇಕ ಭಕ್ತರು ಸಾಕ್ಷಿಯಾದರು.Sri Rama Navami Festival at Sri Mukhyaprana Temple of Shiroor, Original place of Matha, was performed in gorgeous manner, with the holy presence of Sri Vishwavallbha Thirtha Swamiji of Sri Sode Vaadiraja Matha. On this auspicious occasion, special Pooja including Panchamrutha, was performed to Diety Lord Sri Rama,which Sri Vaadiraja Swamiji brought from Sri Vaali Bhandara ,and to Lord Sri Mukhyaprana of Shiroor. At night, Devotees from the nearby places and Udupi witnessed glorious Rathothsava.
